    • Can I order from a BFPO address or do you post to BFPO?

    You can order from a BFPO address, and we do ship to BFPO addresses. Shipping to BFPO addresses are the same prices as if it was being sent to an address within the UK. You will not be charged and more or expected to pay anymore for BFPO addresses.

    • Can I buy personalised items, if so, how long will it take to be delivered?

    We enjoy processing personalised orders. Simply send us your design and overall plan. We will do the rest. Please note personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. This is why we spend extra time getting it right with samples, prior to mass production. We will work together to get it right before completing the order. Samples can also be sent out for confirmation of larger orders. Turnaround time will vary depending on quantity and availability of garment.  

    • Can my items be sent to a different address without the receipt enclosed as a gift?

    Items can be sent to a different address on your request. This address can be entered on checkout. Additional instructions should be added (Please remove receipt before sending, etc…).

    • If I cannot find an item on the website, can it be special ordered for me, and is there a set amount I need to buy?

    If you cannot find or there is something different you would like to order, just send us an email of what you would like. We will then contact our suppliers for the best matching item, and go from there. There is no set amount for special orders; however, the cost would be more attractive for higher quantity.

    • Can I cancel an item if it’s the wrong size?

    You should get in touch ASAP when wrong items or sizes are ordered. We can get the correct item(s) sent out if contacted before 1500hrs. If this window is close, and your item(s) have been posted, they will need to be returned for an exchange. Please refer to out returns policy for more information.
