Returning your item(s)
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to refund you. All we ask is that you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt.
All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
When returning your item(s) for either an exchange or refund, be sure to fill out the returns form provided so we know how to process your return when we receive it.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and minus any postage if applicable. Personalised and non-standard stocked Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Royal Mail UK Tracked Returns
Please write your return address on the bottom of the the Prepaid Returns Label provided. Simply pack the item(s) up securely and attach this to the outside (DO NOT tape over the label). You’ll then need to take the parcel to your local post office - you must obtain proof of postage with the tracking number.
Size & Weight - Your parcel must not exceed 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size or 20KG in weight. We will provide multiple labels if this is the case.
This is not a free return label and £2.99 per label will be deducted from your refund.

Over 14 Days
For goods past 14 days, but within 28 days, you will be given a refund in the form of a gift card minus any postage if applicable. If you are returning any item to us, you should consider using a traceable/ recordable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot process any refunds without receiving goods.
We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service unless of faulty goods. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our returns policy and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
We are happy to accept exchanges only for faulty goods. We offer free exchange for any faulty item(s). If you need to make any such exchange, you must inform us via email at the first instant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you realise you have ordered an item and it is the wrong size, or colour, inform us immediately so we can cancel the order. This should be done before 1500hrs the same day of the purchase. If your order leaves our shop, please follow our returns policy.
When returning faulty item(s), please obtain a proof of postage as C1000 Stitches is not responsible for returns until they are received within our returns department. Replacements will be sent via standard delivery. Only one free exchange is allowed per order. If more than one item is faulty, this should be requested in the first request email, and be sent in the same return package.

It is the buyer's responsibility for returning any goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by us.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
C1000 Stitches reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our C1000 Stitches gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your C1000 Stitches gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. C1000 Stitches gift cards remain the property of C1000 Stitches who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
The value of your C1000 Stitches gift card can only be redeemed online at www.c1000stitches.co.uk. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
The maximum amount that an individual C1000 Stitches gift card can hold is £100; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.

Your C1000 Stitches gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged
In cases where your C1000 Stitches gift card is lost or stolen, C1000 Stitches is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. C1000 Stitches cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a C1000 Stitches gift card as a result of theft or fraud. C1000 Stitches cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use where the card number and/ or PIN have become known to another party.
Crediting a C1000 Stitches gift card
Should you return product(s) purchased using a C1000 Stitches gift card for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your C1000 Stitches gift card, a new Card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.
If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a C1000 Stitches gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the C1000 Stitches gift card in the first instance.
If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by C1000 Stitches gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card).
Governing Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
