Shipping Policy

With some of the best delivery options currently available in its class. Express and standard deliveries are usually posted same day. However, express deliveries will take priority, which we aim to despatch within 24hrs or before standard deliveries, whichever, comes first. This is also applicable once items are in stock. 97% of express deliveries are made next days, once orders are received before 12 midday.

  • 1.1 We use Royal Mail, Collect+, ParcelForce, Yodel and DHL for UK deliveries.
  • 1.2 Standard delivery [including free postage deliveries]: Our process is to prepare and despatch your order within 48hrs [Monday to Friday], which means you should receive your order within 3 to 5 days after our processing time or dispatch.
  • 1.3 For Express deliveries [UK only], orders received before 12pm, will be process and despatch on a priority basis. We aim to despatch express orders immediately or within 24 hours. You can expect your express delivery the next day or at the latest within 2 business days from dispatch. ** Express day and Standard deliveries T&C does applies and by using these services, you agree to abide with the chosen courier delivery/ lost/ stolen/ delayed, etc… policies. Our postal collection is 14:00 each business day, Monday to Friday.
  • 1.3.1 ”Express Delivery” does not mean mean next day delivery. Express delivery refers to a quicker or prioritised processing time over economy deliveries. We will also use the quickest delivery services provided by the chosen courier. 
  • 1.4 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by the third party courier.

  • 1.6 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge after investigations.

    AB36-38 , AB55-56 , FK17-21 , IV1-39 , IV52-54 , IV63 , KW1-14 , PA21-40 , PH19-26 , PH30-41 , PH49-50 , HS1-9 , IV40-51 , IV55-56 , KA27-28 , KW15-17 , PA20 , PA40-49 , PA60-78 , PH42-44 , ZE1-3. 

In-stock items – Usually processed and dispatches within 48hrs. This also depends on Shipping priority selected at checkout.

Backorders – If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Multiple shipments – The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
